Brampton Select Basketball Program
The Brampton Select Program focuses on developing our top tier players registered in our house league to transition them to a Rep style of play. Players for this program are chosen based on their skill level and knowledge of the game. On occasion we may conduct try-outs to field our Select teams.
Our Brampton Select teams participate in the Coalition League and other leagues throughout the GTA. The Select program provides our players a chance to compete at a high-level, and exposes them to Rep Level of competition.
We aim to field teams for both boys and girls from grade 4 and up.
PLAYER COMMITMENT
Players are expected to attend all House League and Select practices and games.
PARENTAL COMMITMENT
Brampton Select basketball is a volunteer organization and every parent of every player is expected to commit to a volunteer effort to help the teams run. This commitment need not be more than a few hours on an occasional basis, but it is essential. Your Managers (who are also volunteers!) will outline the volunteer jobs during the first team meeting.
HOW LONG IS THE SEASON?
The season mirrors the House League season with the potential of keeping teams together during the summer for further player development and league participation.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
The individual player fees range from $350 to $500 for the season. Please note, this fee is in addition to the House League registration fee.
As part of the registration fee players will receive:
