Our Juel Teams play in the most competitive female basketball league in Ontario, the JUEL League. The JUEL league consists of the most competitive elite female basketball teams in Ontario and the Brampton Lady Warriors Juel Team are well recognized both in Canada and the US..
Members of the Brampton Lady Warriors JUEL team played nationally as well as globally, representing the Province of Ontario. Members of our teams have played for Canada Basketball, representing the country of Canada on the global basketball stage. Many of our players from our Juel team have continued playing basketball at Colleges and Universities such as Sheridan College (Brampton), George Brown College (Toronto), Ryerson University (Toronto), University of Toronto (Toronto), Duquesne University (Pittsburgh), Northeastern University (Massachusetts), University of Albany (New York), Xavier University (Ohio), Lamar University (Texas), Robert Morris University (Pittsburgh), University of Memphis (Tennessee) and Marquette University(Wisconsin).
The JUEL league is intended to provide the best possible preparation for Ontario female high school age players who intend to continue to be student athletes at the college or university level in Canada or the United States.
In 2015, the Brampton Lady Warriors made history by being the first team in the history of the Juel league that remained undefeated through the season, making them the best female basketball team in Ontario that year!
